Find me on Cara!

Cara is a social media app that focuses on Artists and their work!
I’ve joined the app hoping to make new connections with fellow artists since my Instagram presence has ceased. It seems like it is harder to reach people on Instagram, and now, with the whole Meta/Ai nonsense, I think it’s nice to have a community of people supporting the arts. Whether you’re an artist, collector, or whatever your attachment is to any medium, there’s a space to enjoy.
That doesn’t mean I’ll stop posting on IG; I know there are people there who don’t want to spend time on a site that only caters to art. But I like the idea of knowing that people on Cara are there for the immense creative factor.
The web design is excellent, too; you can opt out of having a portfolio and keep it social, where you can still share your thoughts and reshare posts.
It’s like Instagram, Twitter, Artstation, and DeviantArt had a really good orgy and somehow combined all their DNA to create this cute little baby named Cara.
I hope this social app thrives, especially given the concerns about Meta and AI using everyone’s work for their purposes and making it difficult to opt out.

But if you enjoy the arts, like my work, and want to support me by following me, please do!
